Be Inspired #98 Under the Sea

The background is DCWV paper that I ran thru the Cuttlebug using the Swiss Dots folder. It is layered on Core'dinations papers.



I added Glass Effects, ( the sand dollar and star fish and the shell) from Heidi Grace to finish this cute card.
