Table Tent Cards

Over at BettyBee's Buzz this week our Monday Motivational, presented by Roe, is a very easy design of a triangular tent card for the table. Here are mine.

These two little fellows are for two very special little men in my life, my two nephews. The downloadable image is from Digital Delights and was colored with Copics. The borders are a Martha Stewart punch, sparkled with Stickles. The design is finished with a strip border, threaded with a ribbon, and matching bow. Add a heart name tag and it's finished.

Thank you for stopping by.

Kristi

Be Inspired #103 World Card Making Day

My inspiration for this Thank You card is that I wanted to make a card for someone whom I have yet to meet! My good friend, Betty, and I are going to go on a trip to Salt Lake City for a Cricut Swarm, and we will be staying with her friend's family. This card is for them. I am so excited to have Betty show me around SLC!

This card is loaded with layers!! It begins on the bottom with strips of lace from Martha Stewart punches, and builds up with Punch Around the Edge designs, also from Martha. Next come gorgeous flower petals that have been embossed with the Cuttlebug, and color added with Memento ink. In the center of the big flowers are the showpieces of Cuttlebug Quilling Flowers! Have you tried them yet??? So easy, and so pretty!
Supplies for this card:

Cuttlebug
Cuttlebug Quilling Kit
Sizzix XL Flower Folds
Daisy Pattern Cuttlebug folder
Martha Stewart punches: String Lace and Garden Trellis
Marco's Paper
Momento Inks: Rich Cocoa, Lady Bug, Danube Blue
Pink Stamper sentiment
Lace and bling are from the Dollar Store

I just love using The Cuttlebug Quilling Kits.

The rest of the design team will have a lot of other cards to share over at Cuttlebug Challenge and I hope you will check it out, too.
Thanks for viewing my Blog.

Cuttin Up 102 Whoopsi Daisy

I fell in LOVE with this cute little Angel image from Whoopsi Daisy Digital images.
My inspiration for this design came from my love of Angels. This darling Angel looks so peaceful holding the precious little lamb.

I colored her with Copic Markers, and highlighted her gown and wings with Smooch inks and Stickles.
The background frame is cut from the Sentimentals Cricut Cartridge. I used Core'dinations Paper, and I used Lulu Lavender and Sweet Plum inks from Memento, to ink the edges of the layers.

The ribbon is from Offray and the Buttons are from my stash.

Cuttin' Up Happy Birthday

I designed this card for Cuttin' Up on Cuttlebug Challenge.

This Happy Birthday card was made using Elegant Cakes cartridge, Prima and Marco's Paper, Offray ribbon and pearl heart ribbon sliders.
Happy Birthday, Cuttlebug! I didn't have anyone special to create a card for right now, but it will be great to have a nice card in my stash ready for the next birthday that comes along! I have used the Cricut Elegant Cakes cartridge to cut both the border and the Happy Birthday phrase. It's easy to create beautiful cards with these gorgeous borders! These ribbon sliders are unique and very much fun to use. They are from Wild Orchid out of the UK. The hole is already cut in the border, making it so easy to run the ribbon from underneath, through the slider, and back through the border, creating this gorgous layered effect. I hope you will give it a try!

Welcome to My First Cuttin Up Challenge. This will be a weekly post of my designs using my Provo Craft Expressions and Gypsy. Please let me know if you like my creations.

This is a Note Book that I designed using the Mini Monograms cartridge and papers by Memory Boutique and Core'dinations.

The ribbon and bow are layered on a cut using The Large Edger punch from EK Success.

I used a note pad that you can pick up at any office center. Notice the inside pocket.

To finish my note book off I added a little bling in the corners of the monogram.

Be Inspired #97 - Book It

For this weeks Cuttlebug Challenge I used the Bible and Verse stamps from Heartfelt Creations, Core'dinations papers, and Momento Rich Cocoa ink.

Using my Cuttlebug from Provo Craft I embossed the paper using Distressed Stripes folder. The corners and medallion are made from the Vintage dies.

The edges of the Bible are distressed with a gold Krylon Leafing Pen and Pop Dots were used to layer the pages.

Be Inspired #96 Clearly Creative

For this project I used clear acrylic for the base of the candle. For the candle holder I embossed vellum in the Cuttlebug. I used a 5 x 7 Cuttlebug folder that is an exclusive to Oh My Crafts. I'm sorry but I couldn't find the name of it.

I cut the shade using Provo Crafts Cupcake Wrappers cartridge. It is also lined with vellum. I glued small pearls and added the gold edging . Inside is a battery operated candle.

This cute design was made using clear acetate and the same 5 x 7 Cuttlebug folder as above.

The gold butterflies are from Stampendous. They are placed on vellum and then colored in with Bic markers. I like to give them dimension by layering them. The top layer has clear acetate under the sticker and a gem on top.

Thanks again for visiting my blog. Make sure you stop by next week to see my designs.

Be Inspired #95

This is one of my most requested Sympathy Cards.
Marcos Paper was run thru the Cuttlebug using the folder from The Baby Set. I used a gold Krylon Leafing Pen for the highlighting of the paper.

The gold foil butterfly is from Stampendous. I attach one to vellum and color it in with sharpie markers. The top layer is one attached to clear plastic with the wings folded up. The top butterfly body is glued to the bottom using a Pop Dot. The Sympathy sentiment is from Class A'Peel.

Wall Decor and More Cricut Cartridge

I created this frame using the Wall Decor and More cartridge
and it's Cuttlebug companion folder from Provo Craft.

The paper is from DCWV and Core'dinations.
The Vine Cuttlebug folder is highlighted with Memento ink and a blender pen.

For the flowers I used Core'dinations paper and the the new daisy Quilling Kit from Provo Craft. I added Stickles and wire beads that I found at Michael's in the wedding section. The border around the outside is the negative from the quilling die. I hope you like the look of it. I know that I will be using it again.

Be Inspired #94

For this card I have this wonderful verse from Darcies. I stamped it on AC cardstock and ran the Spellbinders die thru my Cuttlebug. The ribbon that I used is from Michaels.

I used paper from The Paper Company for the butterflies and layered them with vellum . They were cut on my Expression using the Wall Decor and More cartridge from Provo Craft. I added the jems and stickels. For the background I used the Allegro Embossing folder from Cuttlebug and highlighted it with Colorbox chalk.

For the edging on the music I used the Cuttlebug Ornamental Iron Die and added stickels and the pearls.
